Secure Payment Details
After some market research we choose to use paypal to handle all our secure payments for the products you purchase from our online store. Paypal is widely regarded as the number one online payment processor and offer a fast efficient service. With such a big name and highly respected company you can rest assured all transactions and completely secure.
You DO NOT need a paypal account to purchase any of the maps, guides or dvd’s from the store. When you checkout paypal will also allow you to use all valid credit or debit cards without the need to sign up for a paypal account.
Checking Out Process
When you have selected your items and visit the checkout you will have 3 options. Returning customers can login to their accounts, new customers can register a new account. Or you can check out as a guest. We suggest checking out as a guest unless you think you will be revisiting us in the future to purchase more items.
After checkout you will receive a summary of your order via email, and again once we have dispatched your items. Checking out is both quick and easy, simple instructions guide you through the secure process in a couple of minuets.
Delivery Schedule
All orders placed before 4pm on weekdays will be posted to you the same day. Orders after 4pm and weekends will be dispatched the next working day. Please allow 3 working days for the arrival of your items although on most occasions you will receive next day delivery. Items are sent anywhere in the UK via the Royal Mail.
Damaged Goods Policy
Although extremely rare it is possible your items could be damaged in transit if for example the postman is in a bad mood! If you are not 100% satisfied with the condition of your items please return them to the address you will receive with your items within 7 days of receipt. We will send a replacement item immediately to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the service you receive.
